1.将室温软化的奶酪和黄油放入容器

3.加入红糖,打蛋器继续工作,打至红糖颗粒融化,筛入低粉杏仁粉,用刮刀拌匀

4.将面团分成两份,取一份加入抹茶粉,揉均匀

6.放入冰箱冷藏至微硬后,用饼干模具切出形状

7.将抹茶面片也切出形状

8.将两种不同颜色的桃心相互交换,组装好

9.放入烤箱,180度烤12分钟,即可,稍微冷却后就可以装入密封袋保存了
小窍门&温馨提示
1、如果没有杏仁粉,也可以用低粉代替。
2、如果面团较干,则可以省略冷藏这一步。
3、在搭配两种颜色的时候手法要轻些,防治饼干胚变形。
